We’ve started the double-lift. 25 minutes, first gather to the right, second to the left. It’s not a blind gather but the sheep are blending into the burnt grass.
Scott Glen and Maid – DQ
Randy Dye and Sweep – 78
Jean Gellings and Star – 77
Any DL results available yet? Thanks.

It IS a blind turnback and the horse from the first set is standing out until the second set are lifted. Dogs are going to the first horse on the turn back. The dogs are eventually getting to the second set but they are going to the first horse then going back. Scott used several redirects and got Maid out to the second set but gripped off. I don`t have scores but Jean Gellings finished her shed – no pen. Randy Dye didn`t get his shed.

Congratulations to Scott Glen and Don, and to Dennis Gellings and his Jan. All the competitors deserve praise for their hard work/training, as well as their dog’s. Sounded to me like the stock didn’t make it easy for anybody, as is right for this level of competition. Good job.
